A Thatcham person has spoken out about how pictures has assisted him manage his mental wellness.
Matt Dolinski, who suffers from PTSD, despair and nervousness, reported that he “can’t seem back” now just after finding an outlet in using images in nature.
He very first examined pictures as a 17-yr-old at college, but it was only for the duration of the first lockdown that he began getting photos in the course of walks around his house.
