Photography show to kick off Gallery 62 West reopening

GRAFTON, W.Va. – On July 1, Gallery 62 West will be reopening with a new exhibit. The gallery will host guest artist, Cindy Rubenstein, and her pictures demonstrate, “Gateways,” as their artist for the thirty day period of July.
